Notting Hill Condos Etobicoke By Lanterra
One of the newest condos community, Notting Hill Condos is a residential and retail project by Lanterra Developments. The condos are presently in its pre-construction phase. This project’s architecture is designed by the IBI Group. The beautiful project will be sited at 4000 Eglinton Avenue West in Etobicoke. The closest major intersection near this residential community will be the Eglinton Avenue West and Royal York Road.
This is a new pre-construction Condo project, which is a mixed-use development of five towers – a 24-storey tower (Building A), a 33-storey building (tower B), a 30-storey building and 27-storey building (tower C and D hinged by a joint podium) and an 18-storey building (tower E). This latest Notting Hill condominium is mainly a residential development that will also consist of commercial and retail space in the ground floor of towers B, C, and D.
The main highlight of the condo is its connectivity to surrounding amenities. It is merely a few steps to the TTC Stop and a quick, short drive away from the Hwy 401. This condo is in close proximity to the school in the neighbourhood and the public community center. This locality is only a short distance from the Richmond Hill Town. This condo is also very well located near the popular shopping centers.
This site is situated close to Humber River, to the west, and the forthcoming Mount Dennis station, by Crosstown LRT. Lanterra Development’s proposal for this project was to build 1,900 living spaces spread out across the five towers of 18, 24, 27, 30 and 33-storeys respectively.
This project’s architecture is the brainchild of Page + Steele, from the Architects Group of IBI. This five-tower township will primarily have one-bedroom units, 1,370 in number, which forms about 72.1% of all units. 20.5% of the rest of units will be two-bedrooms at 390 suites. The towers will have 114 three-bedrooms which makes it 6% of the residences, together with 26 bachelor apartments at 1.3%. This township is proposed to have a total of 1,647 parking slots for residences and 190 for guests with the car park facility spread across four floors, below ground level.

This property will have tower B, with 33 floors, right in the center of the community, which will be the highest peak for this residential set up surrounded by the shorter towers, positioned to the west and the east. The central tower, 102 meters tall, springs from a base, which has 8 storeys, with a commercial and service space in level with the ground. To the west, the 24-storey building fashioned with a heightened podium with 10 floors, ranging to the tower’s west, alongside Eglinton.
The 33-storeyed central tower, to its East, has the other three towers, which will be structured in this site, expanding further east. Facing Eglinton, buildings ‘C’ and ‘D’, at 27 and 30 floors, respectively, will have a joint use of the facilities area on floor number two, with stores places at level with the ground.
Up north, will be tower E, with 18 storeys. Service area will be planned on the ground stage with a complete facilities area of 2,850 m², indoor. The township also has an external space for amenities planned that will be spread across the five towers, alongside landscaping charted, courtesy of NAK Design Strategies.
This project has a 50/ 100 walk score and their transit score is 66 on 100. This new community will be in the Humber Heights-Westmount neighborhood in Toronto. There are greenery and parks nearby this project such as Ukranian Canadian Memorial Park, Scarlett Heights Park and Scarlett Mills Park.
