Notting Hill Condos architecture is designed by the IBI Group. The beautiful Notting Hill condominiums project will be sited at 4000 Eglinton Avenue West in Etobicoke. The closest major intersection near this residential community will be the Eglinton Avenue West and Royal York Road.

Notting Hill Condos Eglinton is a new pre-construction Condo project, which is a mixed-use development of five towers – a 24-storey tower (Building A), a 33-storey building (tower B), a 30-storey building and 27-storey building (tower C and D hinged by a joint podium) and an 18-storey building (tower E). This latest Notting Hill condominium is mainly a residential development that will also consist of commercial and retail space in the ground floor of towers B, C, and D.

The main highlight of the Notting Hill Condos is its connectivity to surrounding amenities. It is merely a few steps to the TTC Stop and a quick, short drive away from the Hwy 401. The Eglinton Notting Hill Condos is in close proximity to the school in the neighborhood and the public community center. This locality is only a short distance away from the Richmond Hill Town. Notting Hill condominiums are also very well located near the popular shopping centers.

Notting Hill Condos’ site is situated to the west of the Humber River and the Crosstown LRT’s forthcoming Mount Dennis station. Lanterra Development’s proposal for Eglinton Notting Hill Condos was to build 1,900 residential units spread out across the five towers of 33, 30, 27, 24, and 18-storeys respectively.

The Notting Hill condominium architecture is designed by Page + Steele – IBI Group Architects. This five-tower township will primarily have one-bedroom units with 1,370 of those, which is about 72.1% of the total units. 20.5% of the rest of units will be two-bedrooms at 390 suites.  The towers will have 114 three-bedrooms which makes it 6% of the residences, together with 26 bachelor units at 1.3%. This township is proposed to have a total of 1,647 residential parking spots and 190 guest parking spots with the car park facility spread across four underground floors.

Eglinton Notting Hill Condos will have the 33-storey tower B right in the center of the community, which will serve as a highest peak for this residential set up surrounded by the shorter towers to the east and west. The central tower, 102 meters tall, would rise from an 8-storey base with retail and amenity space at the ground level. To the west, the 24-storey building would feature a heighted 10-storey podium ranging west of the tower alongside Eglinton.

East of the 33-storey central tower, the other three towers will occupy the site, which will expand to the east. Facing Eglinton, buildings ‘C’ and ‘D’ at 30 and 27-storey respectively are set to share a second-floor amenity space with retail at ground level.

Just north of there will be the 18-storey tower E. Service area will be planned on the ground floor with a total indoor amenity area of 2,850 m². The township also has an outdoor amenity space plan that will be spread across the five towers with a landscaping plan prepared by NAK Design Strategies.

Notting Hill Condos Eglinton has a walk score of 50 out of 100 and a transit score of 66 on 100. This new Notting Hill community will be in the Humber Heights-Westmount neighborhood in Toronto. There are greenery and parks nearby Notting Hill Condos such as Scarlett Heights Park, Ukranian Canadian Memorial Park, and Scarlett Mills Park.
